21 CAN WAIT is an ad campaign created by Total Praise Performance Leadership Academy participants.  The campaign is designed to discourage minors from consuming and purchasing alcohol products.  The campaign further encourages adults to take responsibility by refusing to sell alcohol, purchase or provide alcohol to minors.  The funds generated from product sales will fund a series of PSA's scheduled to air on television.
